Lumber Rack to organize wood and utilize wasted wall space
In this video I installed 4 lumber racks from grizzly tools. This was a great way to clear up some floor space where I had a lot of scrap wood and cut offs stacked. This made it difficult for me to see what I had, and difficult to get at the material. I utilized some wasted wall space, and now I can see what I have, and I have easier access to the material I plan on using. This also allowed me to sort the wood I have by size as well as species.

The only thing I don't like about polycrylic is that it doesn't have UV protection. It's more for interior use. Not exterior...Boards that will be out in the sun from time to time will eventually start to hurt it. Especially the decals. Very nice boards though. Good job 👍.

Yeah, I had issues with polyurethane giving the logos a yellow tint, so I started using the poly acrylic...I just don't leave the boards outside, so as long as they are just used occasionally, they should last a long time

Please don't feed your fingers into the area between the rip fence and the blade. Especially if that width is just a few inches. It isn't safe and it's what push sticks are for. Or use push blocks with handles.

Of course you posted a long time ago. You need a manometer to gauge how restricted you filter becomes. That's a cheap and easy addition. I wonder what Wynn recommends for a cleaning technique. I'm especially concerned because the MERV 15 filters for an old 2,500 cfm unit I have will be very expensive and I hate the idea of frequent half-day sessions cleaning filters. I guess I'll talk to Wynn Environmental tomorrow.

6 inch hole saw I believe. Said 4 inch twice in the first 2 minutes. Also thought 3/4 inch top for rigidity.

What brand of paint pens do you use?

Craftsmart from Michael's work pretty well, also Elmer's brand, and occasionally I will use the sharpie brand
